LPM Cannabis’s Chris Welham is a construction expert with decades of project management under his belt. His experience includes renovation and new construction to tenant improvements and spans the residential, industrial and commercial spheres.
Like the rest of the LPM Cannabis services team, Chris is well versed in the cannabis retail world. He understands local regulations and requirements and knows the kinds of innovations that make for a successful cannabis business. He says it’s been interesting to see the industry evolve and watch the impact that subtle design and construction tweaks can have on customer service and business success. The key, says Chris, is to build a warm and inviting space with quality finishings and good flow in order to make consumers comfortable.
A red seal carpenter in his own right, Chris has a professional and talented network of subcontractors from every trade to call upon. He says his experience as an athlete and team captain for the national lacrosse team taught him the discipline, leadership and teamwork skills that are key to his project management successes.
